To get started on your PCB Assembly (PCBA) project, we'll need a few key files. Please submit them in the right formats.

You have two convenient ways to send your files:

1. Upload directly through our PCBA order page: This is the quickest and easiest method.
2. Email your files to [email protected]
3. By providing these files, you'll ensure a smooth and efficient PCBA process for your project.

Gerber Files

For PCB assembly, we'll need the Gerber files (RS-274X format) used for your PCB fabrication. At a minimum, please ensure these files include the silkscreen, copper (track), and solder paste layers.

We'll also review your files to confirm their completeness and accuracy before starting assembly.

Bill of Materials(BOM) File

A Bill of Materials (BOM) is an essential document that enumerates the components required for manufacturing final products. It details the necessary parts for assembling boards and specifies their placement and assembly instructions. We accept BOM files in .xls, .xlsx, or .csv formats.

•  The required details must include:
•  *Manufacturer Part Number
•  *Designator
•  *Quantity

Coordinate File

A centroid file is a machine-readable format used for programming assembly machines. It contains data on component placement, including reference designators, X and Y coordinates, rotations, and board sides (top or bottom). While some CAD tools generate centroid files automatically, you may need to modify them or create them manually. This file only includes surface-mount components.

• Please verify the top and bottom of the material
• Please ensure that the XY coordinates and angles are correct to prevent component misalignment
